Balzar Architects是一家位于西班牙瓦伦西亚的建筑及室内设计公司，由José María创立于2018年。Balzar Architects目前为两代建筑师共同主持，其中有他六岁时就立志成为建筑师的儿子Txema García和Txema García伴侣Laura Moreno，工作室旨在是为人类创造具有人性化考量的居住建筑。Balzar Architects受印际之邀，将于05月28日（星期日）下午20:00~23:00线上授课【四国豪宅の世界大师课】，欢迎扫码报名。

Balzar Architects is an architecture and interior design firm based in Valencia, Spain, founded in 2018 by Jose Maria. Currently co-chaired by two generations of Architects, including his son Txema Garcia, who aspired to be an architect at the age of six, and Txema Garcia's partner Laura Moreno, Balzar Architects aims to create buildings for human habitation with human considerations.

The Olive Grove House

The Olive Grove House坐落在城郊的一片橄榄树林内，此地是城市和农村之间的连接地带。随着时间的流转，当地人文与场地历史有着深厚的沉淀，因此，如何将环境、居民和建筑紧密联系在一起，创建一个独特的建筑综合体成为了项目设计的重点。

Located in an Olive Grove on The outskirts of the city, The Olive Grove House is a link between the city and the countryside. With the passage of time, the local culture and the site history have profound precipitation, therefore, how to closely connect the environment, residents and architecture, creating a unique architectural complex has become the focus of the project design.

为了确保居住者的隐私，住宅内有三个朝向天空和橄榄树林开放的院子。其中一个宽敞的阳台，体现了温暖气候下典型的地中海文化，可以抵御西晒，并作为内外之间转换的“中转站”；另一个则配置了户外的游泳池，平台一直延伸至橄榄树林中，可以欣赏壮观的日落；而立面上的大尺度开口将入口、花园和庭院与室内的所有空间串联起来。

To ensure the privacy of the occupants, three courtyards open to the sky and olive groves. One of the spacious balconies, typical of Mediterranean culture in a warm climate, protects against the western sun and acts as a "transfer station" between inside and outside; Another has an outdoor swimming pool with a deck that stretches into olive groves and offers spectacular sunsets. Large openings on the facade connect the entrance, garden and courtyard to all the Spaces inside.

建筑的重新诠释

这是一间复式住宅，位于一座建于1928年的老建筑当中，此建筑在当地有着重要的历史意义，是瓦伦西亚建筑现代主义发展的一部分。内部两层由一个弧形楼梯进行连接，其中一层为公共空间，设计了多功能的工作区；另一层则作为业主的私密区域，并配置了带游泳池的大型露台。

It is a duplex house in an old building built in 1928, which is historically significant in the area and is part of the modernist development of Valencia architecture. The two internal floors are connected by a curved staircase, one of which is a public space with a multi-functional work area; The second floor serves as a private area for the owners and is equipped with a large terrace with a swimming pool.

为了重新演绎这座有着悠久历史意义的建筑，Balzar Architects于古典和现代之间相互协调，形成了一种恰当的组合方式，使不同时代的风格和审美并存。而这些元素的对话不仅体现了时间的流逝，还表达了工作室对建筑历史的尊重。

To recreate this historic building, Balzar Architects worked in harmony with the classical and the modern, creating an appropriate combination that juxtaposes styles and aesthetics from different eras. The dialogue of these elements not only reflects the passage of time, but also expresses the studio's respect for the building's history.
