印际首发 x 今古凤凰 | 鳳麟烧鸟


烧鸟,即焼き鳥(yakitori),最大的特点是其烤制的方法——近火、强火。火作为其最为重要的载体控制,衍生了项目的设计思路。
The most typical feature of yakitori is its method of roasting -small fire, strong fire. Fire, as the most essential control carrier for the yakitori, generated the design ideas for this project.



展览“火的教益”探讨了通往火的种种边界,象征与一切人类存在分隔的伟大通道。它展现了年与年交接的那一刻,也揭示了自然界陷入冬季幽暗的沉睡和醒来时所处的焦虑期待之间的状态。
The exhibition "Lessons of Fire" explored the frontier to fire, symbolizing the great channel of separation from all human existence. It showed the moment when the year turned into the next, and revealed the state of nature between falling into a dark winter slumber and waking up in anxious anticipation. 

在艺术中,这是矛盾的。它既可以代表创造力,也可以代表它的反面,破坏性的力量。火拥有转化和揭露的多种面相,通过与其力量对峙和游戏,揭示了一种介于光与影之间的人类状况。
It was a contradiction expressed in art. It could represent both creativity and its opposite, the destructive power. Fire possessed of a multifaceted nature of transformation and revelation, revealing the human condition between light and shadow by confronting and competing with its power.

今古凤凰通过提取火焰抽象化贯穿空间,红色域值不断在各个空间变化。入口处红洞石打造的前厅接待台,呼唤封印已久的鳳麟,羽翼渐丰的鳳凰伴随烟火抽象的图腾于空中盘旋缠绕,翥鳳翔鸾而形成大厅隔断的竹编造型。
Since the JGphoenix has been abstracted by extracting the flame to abstract the space, and the red domain was constantly transformed in various spaces. The reception desk at the entrance was created with redtravertine, decorated with long-sealed phoenix and kirin, the phoenix with gradually growing feathers accompanied by the abstract totem of fire entwined in the air, and bamboo ornaments made in the shape of flying phoenix formed the partition of the hall.

开放包间与大厅的分隔墙帽檐取日式传统木屋结构屋檐,延伸烧烤屋设计元素,悬浮隔墙结构使空间穿透性更强。麻石方块底座与原木色墙饰面,延展了日式平和材质符号。
The eaves on the wall separating the open room from the lobby came from the structural shape of a traditional Japanese wooden house, expanding the design elements of a barbecue house, and the use of a suspended partition wall structure made the space more penetrating visual effects. The square base made ofgranite and the original wooden wall presented the plain Japanese style symbols.

水吧台立柱搭建一个亭子结构,红色透光亚力克屋顶与红洞石台面材质形成红色主调。游园形式的家具摆放,顺延竹编屏风的曲线,宛如置身于园林庭院。
The water bar created the structure of a pavilion, and the red translucent alexandrite roof andred travertine countertop materials together formed the main color of red. The furniture was placed in the style of a garden, along the curve of the bamboo screen, giving the impression of being in a garden courtyard.

画一束火焰燃烧黑夜,穿过了云霞与雾霾,炙热的火焰在此刻重叠,不会熄灭。包间内的透光板放射着的红色火光,仿如银河里蔓延着的灼热星海。吧台红洞石半围合形式,营造舞台感,在适当的距离包裹住整个空间。留空间予客人和厨师交流、欣赏到烤串全过程。
Painting a beam of flame burning black night, through clouds and fog, sizzling flames overlapping at this moment and never extinguished. The light-transmitting panel in the room radiated red fire light, creating the effect of a searing sea of stars in the Milky Way. The bar was half surrounded byred travertine to create a sense of stage, wrapping the entire space at an appropriate distance. It was designed to provide space for customers and the chef to communicate,enjoy and share the whole process of cooking.


光是舞台的血液,好的光是可以左右人心理和情绪。天花变光拉膜可营造多种用餐模式氛围,根据不同场景进行变换。拉膜天花蔓延出大厅,使隔断形成独立结构,感染了整個空間帶來的生命力,每一處都散发着人間烟火痕迹。
Light was the blood of the stage, and quality lighting can influence people's psychology and emotions. The ceiling variable lightcan create a variety of dining atmosphere, which can be switched according to different scenes. The stretch membrane ceiling spread out of the hall, allowing the partitions to form an independent structure, which gave life to the whole space, and the atmosphere of hustle and bustle can be finded everywhere.

黄昏时看到的朦胧天空,斜阳散下光线,又见那天色染着夕阳红。红色天花的当作缤纷的晚霞,入夜的熙攘人群开始躁动。人类从最初掌握用火之时便已习得“烤”这种烹调技术,但当烈焰将肉类炮制得外焦里嫩,散发出烟熏火燎的迷人芬芳,其狂放的魅力是其他技法皆无可比拟的,就连“美拉德反应”之类的学术字汇都仿佛会浇熄那原始的躁动。
The hazy sky at dusk, the warm glow of the sunset tinting the sky red. The red ceiling can be seen as a colorful sunset, and the crowd at night starts to bustle. Humans have known how to "roast" since the very first mastery of fire, but when the flames roasted meat to a crisp exterior and tender interior, with the enchanting aroma of smoke and fire, the exuberance was unmatched by any other cooking method. Even academic terms such as "Merad reaction" seemed to quench that primal fervor.

小包间独立于大厅之外,保留了独立的操作空间与私密性。方格化的设计元素,延伸日式小窗的传统风格。斜面天花使空间层高拉伸,同时使灯光的设计巧妙的通过斜面进行顺延,局促的空间营造别具一格的氛围。
The private room was set up outside the lobby, preserving the independent operating space and privacy. The squaredelements extended from the traditional Japanese style of small windows. The sloped ceiling visually stretched the space upwards, while the artful lighting was designed to spread through the sloped surface, creating a distinctive atmosphere in the small space.

不辞驿骑凌风雪,要使天骄识鳳麟。鳳麟集结识俊杰,营造高端用餐空间,不止是提供用餐条件,亦是营造合适的交际交流场所。在热腾的氛围里,觅得久违的烟火气。独坐或独酌,初见或小聚;酒肉为引,治愈身心;从妥帖的一餐开始,重归自在生活。
We go out of our way to brave the snow as a messenger in order to make distinguished guests recognize outstanding talents (Phoenix and Kirin). Phoenix Kirin gathers elites to create a high-end dining space that includes not only quality dining conditions but also a suitable place for communication. Find the long-lost hustle and bustle in a warm atmosphere. Whether it's a glass of wine alone, meeting for the first time or a gathering of friends; to bridge the body and mind with fine wine and delicious roasted meat; to return to a life of ease from the comfort of a meal.

JG PHOENIX DESIGN established in 2008,is a design agency dedicated to a wide spectrum of upscale spaces. It continuously works on creating spaces in line with Oriental humanism, and hope to let people feel Western logical thinking as well as Oriental sentiment of conforming to nature in the spaces it designed.In addition, it emphasizes the harmony among architecture, environment and human, and strive to touch people's mind and enable dialogue between mankind and nature via utilization of plain materials and "intangible" expressions.
今,是现在与过去的贯穿和延伸。凤凰,代表着东方精神,传承着中国5000年的文化标识。我们秉承着“设计改变生活”的设计理念,用当代的语言解析古代的文化,古为今用,力今以胜古,弘扬东方文化。
The words "JIN"refers to today and past together constitute the time line that runs through history."Phoenix" represents the spirit of the east, which is the cultural identification that inherits China's 5,000 years of history. Adhering to the design concept of "design changes life", use contemporary languages to analyze the ancient culture so as to make the past serve the present, let the present be better than the past as well as promoting Oriental culture in the end.
