Studio Gimgeosil是一家位于韩国首尔的室内设计工作室。他们以不同的设计为方法介入项目，在体现空间价值的同时，增进感官的体验并使其具有持久的生命力，从而为每个空间创造专属的身份，凭借独特的审美和恰当的解决方案满足各种客户的客观需求。

Studio Gimgeosil is an interior design studio based in Seoul, South Korea. They use different design methods to intervene in the project, while reflecting the value of the space, enhance the sensory experience and make it have lasting vitality, so as to create a unique identity for each space, with a unique aesthetic and appropriate solutions to meet the objective needs of various customers.

“Studio Gimgeosil”的命名来源于其创始人旅居柏林时，关注到德国人对客厅和阳台的重视。他们认为客厅既是住宅的中心，也是休息的场所和多功能空间，同时更是业主的兴趣和个性的体现。因此，Studio Gimgeosil的创始人以此为灵感来创建工作室，并用韩文翻译为“客厅”，再附加上了自己的姓。

Studio Gimgeosil was named after its founder's attention to the German emphasis on living rooms and balconies while living in Berlin. They considered the living room to be the center of the house, a resting place and a multifunctional space, as well as an expression of the owner's interests and personality. So the founders of Studio Gimgeosil used this as inspiration to create their studio, which translates as "living room" in Korean, with his last name attached.

工作室致力于重新唤醒拥有“迟钝感”的空间，他们认为创造有着持久生命力的场所最具现实意义。于是，需要明确个性和想要传达的内容是不可或缺的，其中，更重要的是提供的设计解决方案与形体上的相互协调和统一。

The studio is committed to reawakening a space that has a "dull feel" and believes that it is most realistic to create places that have a lasting life. Therefore, it is indispensable to define the personality and the content to be conveyed, among which, it is more important to provide design solutions and physical coordination and unity.

在空间的特征或造型的部分，Studio Gimgeosil避免了单一的的工作方法，他们始终相信，一个空间能够永恒，同时以各种形式散发着鲜活的生命力并具有传承性，这才是它真正的价值所在。

Studio Gimgeosil avoided a single working method when it came to the characteristics or shapes of the space. They always believed that a space could be eternal, and at the same time radiate vitality and inheritance in various forms, which is the real value of it.
