红色，即代表品牌调性又是炙烤属性。烧鸟店（やきとりや）是日本的一种传统餐饮店铺，主要出售烤鸡肉串和其他烤肉菜品。这种店铺的名称来自于“烤鸟串”（やきとり）、“烤鸟腿”（やきとりもも）等菜品。烧鸟店在日本文化中具有着重要的地位，它不仅仅是一种简单的餐饮形式，也是人们聚会、喝酒、交流的场所之一。此外，烧鸟店的烤肉方式也与日本文化中的“炭火烤”、“烟火”等传统元素相联系，强调了对自然的敬畏和对食物的敬重。

Red, not only represents the style of the brand but also the nature of grilling. Yakitori (やきとりや) is a traditional Japanese restaurant that sells grilled chicken skewers and other grilled meats. The name of the store comes from dishes such as yakitori (やきとり) and yakitori legs (やきとりもも). Yakitori restaurants hold a significant position in Japanese culture, not only as a simple form of dining, but also as one of the places where people gather, drink, and communicate in their lives. In addition, the way yakitori is grilled is associated with traditional elements of Japanese culture such as "charcoal grilling" and "smoke and fire," highlighting the reverence for nature and food.

烈火炙烤，炙热的空气中弥漫着烤肉的香气，红色火焰映射黑夜里的一股暖意。入门处通过炙烤烟囱的元素延伸圆桶造型，烟囱冒着热气似于镜面里隐约穿梭的人们，始于市井街道车水马龙的愿景。混凝土与碳化木材质引入日式设计元素，木材温润的质感与混凝土的理性色调形成视觉冲突，使现代感与自然气息更完美的契合。

During thegrilling of flames, the air was filled with the aroma of grilled meat. The red flame adds a touch of warmth to the dark night. The extended barrel shape at the entrance comes from the design element of the grilling chimney, which is smoking hot like the people shuttling in the mirror, from the vision of the bustling city streets. Concrete and carbonized wood are added to the Japanese design elements, and the warm texture of the wood forms a visual conflict with the rational tone of the concrete, making the modernity and naturalness a better fit.

予光为引路者

The guide of light

内部空间地面满铺复古红地砖，拉开了怀旧的画面，方块形似于写字格铺陈，续写故事留住的篇章。斜线引入自然光线的门厅，予以光为引路者，灵悦之境，静觅自我。

The interior space floor is covered with retro red tiles, creating a nostalgic image, and the square-like writing grid is laid out to renew a new chapter for the remaining story. Natural light shines into the foyer at an oblique angle, signifying a pleasant environment with light as a guide to find oneself in the silence.

墙面精妙内嵌的红宝格丽石接待前台，节省了空间之余使视觉得到延伸，用脚步丈量光影在地上铺排的印记。

The red Bulgari stone reception desk delicately embedded in the wall not only saves space, but also extends visually so that visitors can measure the imprint of light and shadow arranged on the floor with their footsteps.

天花与立面的造型，通过红色阈值的变化反衬结构张力。以红色亚克力有色玻璃等材质进行展示，代表着设计师对于赤颜的理解。红色是一个典型，它是人类所掌握的第一种用于绘画和染色的色彩。作为原色，红色在某些语言中代表着美，也象征着色彩的本意。

The design of the ceiling and vertical surfaces aimed to highlight the tension of the structure through changes in the red threshold. The change of red threshold is displayed in materials such as red acrylic tinted glass, representing the designer's understanding of Chiyan. Red is a typical color, the first color mastered by man for painting and dyeing. As a primary color, red represents beauty in some languages and symbolizes the origin of color.

碳化木的通道隔断，利用有色玻璃贯穿塑形，引导路线与隐秘性功能相得益彰。碳化木与墙面的混凝土形成结构化分割，目光所及皆被柔与刚完全包裹，也颇有趣味。听落日颂钵悠长的共振，裹挟着赤色寓意萦绕，构思着一场戏剧性的演出。

The passageway is partitioned by carbonized wood, and tinted glass is used throughout to shape the style, leading the way and complementing the function of secrecy. Carbonized wood and concrete on the wall form a structured division, and the sight is filled with the contrast of softness and hardness, bringing interest to the visitors. Listening to the long resonance of the chanting bowl under the setting sun, the red elements linger around, as if conceiving a dramatic show.

在单椅上使用带微妙红色的皮革，作为主色调，它深刻的改变了我们对于物体和地方的感知。红色与暗色调结合，扩展了深度，一抹红带来一丝精致，产生的效果亦不乏特色。

The seats are textured in a subtle red leather. Red as a dominant color profoundly changes our perception of objects and places. The combination of red and dark tones extends the depth of space, and a splash of red brings a touch of sophistication that can have a peculiar effect.

一场关于红色阈值的变奏

A Variation on Red Threshold

层层叠叠的天花造型，赤颜的表达通过灯光造影反射于空间，相互交融，相互成就。此刻，把握自然韵律与一呼一吸之间的联结，在五感的极致满足中不断切换，一场关于红色阈值的变奏，皆在回眸一瞬，被发现。

Chiyan reflected in the space through the shadow of the light, which is intermingled and accomplished by each other. At this moment, the connection between the rhythm of nature and breathing is under control, switching between the ultimate satisfaction of the five senses, and a variation on the threshold of red is discovered in a moment of glance back.

火焰响起的赞歌，似一步杂糅古今中外的诗集，赋予中日式饮食文化的交集。斑驳的情绪长久寄存于火的生命力，所以每每凝视火焰，或感动或震撼，摄人心魂，让飘摇的情绪变成一种迷人的享受。

Chants ring out from the flames as if a book of poems blending the ancient and the modern, endowed with the intersection of Chinese and Japanese food culture. The mottled emotions are perpetuated in the vitality of the fire. Each time one gazes at the flames, it brings a touching or shocking sensation that hits the soul directly, turning the fluttering emotions into a fascinating enjoyment.

沉稳而灵动，温柔而坚定，低调而自信。新的排列组合、新的构筑方式、新的美好寓意。和谐地共存于“赤颜”之中，源自传统与现代结合的新唱腔，让人置身城市中感受空间带来的温度，传达我们虽然远离自然，但都能在处找到本质，放松、温暖、属于我们的自在。

Calm but dynamic, gentle but strong, discreet but confident. New arrangement and combination, new construction method, new beautiful symbolic meaning. All these harmoniously coexist in "Chiyan", which is a new singing voice combining tradition and modernity, allowing people to feel the temperature of space in the cold city and conveying an idea that although we are far from nature, we can find the essence, relaxation, warmth and our own freedom here.

JG PHOENIX DESIGN established in 2008，is a design agency dedicated to a wide spectrum of upscale spaces. It continuously works on creating spaces in line with Oriental humanism, and hope to let people feel Western logical thinking as well as Oriental sentiment of conforming to nature in the spaces it designed.In addition, it emphasizes the harmony among architecture, environment and human, and strive to touch people's mind and enable dialogue between mankind and nature via utilization of plain materials and "intangible" expressions.

今，是现在与过去的贯穿和延伸。凤凰，代表着东方精神，传承着中国5000年的文化标识。我们秉承着“设计改变生活”的设计理念，用当代的语言解析古代的文化，古为今用，力今以胜古，弘扬东方文化。

The words "JIN"refers to today and past together constitute the time line that runs through history."Phoenix" represents the spirit of the east, which is the cultural identification that inherits China's 5,000 years of history. Adhering to the design concept of "design changes life", use contemporary languages to analyze the ancient culture so as to make the past serve the present, let the present be better than the past as well as promoting Oriental culture in the end.
