Ryotei餐厅位于Krasnodar地区的一处日式公园内，花园以抽象艺术的组合为结构基础，结合了传统的平衡之道和西方现代主义理念的影响，隐喻着完美的自然世界。餐厅滨临湖岸，湖的两侧由一座红色的日式风格的桥相连。锦鲤自由自在的徜徉于水库之中，它们是该项目的精神象征，同时餐厅内部大多数的雕塑或艺术装置也呼应着自然的主题。

Ryotei Restaurant is located in a Japanese park in the Krasnodar area. The garden is based on a combination of abstract art, combining the traditional way of balance and the influence of Western modernist ideas, as a metaphor for the perfect natural world. The restaurant faces the shore of a lake connected by a red Japanese-style bridge. The koi carp, which roam freely in the reservoir, are the spiritual symbol of the project, while most of the sculptures or art installations inside the restaurant echo the theme of nature.

客户的愿望是希望在室内采用现代的柔和的色彩为基调，营造一种既具品质又热情好客的轻松的就餐环境。建成之后，餐饮真实地还原了日本饮食文化和传统美学的本来面貌。天然的浅色木材、粗糙的石材、质感十足的羊毛与温暖宜人的氛围形成鲜明对比，使局部照明、点缀的盆景树和风景如画的花园景观融为一体。

The client's wish was to use modern soft colors as the keynote in the interior, creating a relaxed dining environment with both quality and hospitality. After its completion, the restaurant truly restores the original face of Japanese food culture and traditional aesthetics. The natural light-colored wood, rough stone, and textured wool contrast with the warm and welcoming atmosphere, integrating local lighting, dotted bonsai trees and picturesque garden landscape.

在日本庭院的设计里，其核心便是营造感知尺度的变化，各单元的布局是根据实际地形调整，从而使它们形成了一个和谐的整体。RYMAR.studio想将这种做法引入到该项目的构思中，并构建一套完整的体系。餐厅包含了三部分：有着大量座位的主厅、多层悬挂式结构的酒吧，以及以深色调为美学体征的贵宾室和VIP区。

In the design of the Japanese courtyard, the core is to create a change of perceptual scale, and the layout of the units is adjusted according to the actual terrain, so that they form a harmonious whole. RYMAR.studio wanted to bring this approach to the idea of the project and build a complete system. The restaurant consists of three parts: the main hall with a large number of seats, the bar with a multi-story hanging structure, and the VIP room and VIP area with deep colors as the aesthetic sign.

对日式风格的诠释主要体现于简洁的材料组合和匠心工艺上：内部主要的饰面材料为橡木和天然碎石；地板由宽接缝石板与日本制造的柏木镶木地板制成；大型吧台上安装着一块独特的白色大理石板材，上面浮雕着锦鲤图案；立面则装饰着深浅不一的橡木木作。

The interpretation of Japanese style is mainly reflected in the simple combination of materials and craftsmanship: the main interior finishes are oak and natural gravel; The floor is made of wide-jointed SLATE with Japanese-made cypress parquet; The large bar is topped by a distinctive white marble panel embossed with a koi carp; The facade is decorated in various shades of oak.
