Hyland Street strikes a balance between luxury and restraint, creating a lifestyle-driven home tailored to a compact site. Mimicking the facade features, the house uses clever layouts and restrained material tones to enhance the sense and connection of being inside. Carefully crafted wood work, soft finishes and clever touches give the interior a calm cohesion and create a relaxed atmosphere, while the private roof terrace offers panoramic views of Melbourne city.

With the brand culture in mind, the Pilates studio redefines the fitness space, not only making it social, but also giving the original place a unique sensory experience. The lounge area, dominated by peachy, carmine and terra-cotta colours, creates an inspired interior environment for customers, with soft tulle drapery hanging from the Windows, regulating the natural light while incorporating the urban landscape outside.

Rich textures and tones create a warm and pleasant interior atmosphere; Dark wood, mosaics and hand-glazed tiles, patterned stone and copper trim give the interior a unique sense of elegance.
